Marc Karstaedt is the CEO of Liaison Enterprises providing risk management services & software to energy companies. He is the former Vice President of  Burntsand, Inc., where he achieved international recognition for work in electronic commodity exchanges as a technical consultant. He is the founder and Former CEO of Proxy Systems that built commodity trading and online platforms. Marc also led, as technology executive, a major Canadian gas marketing exchange built by Direct Energy LTD. Mark earned his BSc. in Statistics and Applied Probability from the University of Alberta, Canada.
