Mr. Lambert is the former Board Chairman of Global Crossing Ltd and a former  Senior Partner of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, where he focused on corporate clients in regulated industries. Mr. Lambert has had first-chair responsibility for significant public offerings, exchange offers, roll-ups, acquisitions, workouts, project financings and syndications. He has represented domestic and international major energy companies. Mr. Lambert has been an advisor to the New York Mercantile Exchange and to the PJM Power Pool. He has written on legal topics for numerous prestigious periodicals and authored several books. Mr. Lambert earned his AB magna cum laude from Princeton University and his LLB from Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal. He is a member of the District of Columbia, New York and US Supreme Court bars
